CHA Scholarships

Each year, the Chartley Homeowners Association offers two scholarships to graduating high school seniors from the Chartley community.  The Joseph S. Molinaro and the Phyllis Daly Memorial Scholarships each provide a deserving graduate a cash award of $1,000.00.  Pictured at the far left is 2020 Molinaro Scholarship winner Collin Mutton and his dad Ian. On the right is 2020 Daly Scholarship winner Andrew West and his family. Congratulations to our very deserving 2020 scholarship awardees as well as all Chartley scholarship applicants.

To be eligible to receive the scholarship application, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Parents/legal guardians of the applicant must be homeowners in the Chartley community and the applicant must reside in the Chartley community.
  2. The applicant’s household must be a current dues-paying member of the Chartley Homeowners Association on or before December 1, 2020 (CHA Membership Application )
  3. The applicant must be a senior in high school (Franklin, Owings Mills, Baltimore County magnet, private, home school)

Once you are sure you meet these requirements, download the scholarship application request form below, complete it, and send it to:

Once we have reviewed and approved your application request, we will send you the scholarship application packet.  All information in the packet must be completed and submitted to the CHA Scholarship Committee no later than Wednesday April 1, 2021.
